Facts

History

Enid was the natural-born child of Brenna and Azure. Brenna had sought the assistance of Áine in conceiving a child with Azure of the Fae. After several months, Enid was born, with physical traits mostly resembling her mother Brenna. As a dragonborn, Azure was concerned that there may have been issues during Áine's spell. She spoke with Áine and expressed her concerns. Áine reassured her that due to Brenna's strong draconic traits, they would likely overpower most physical characteristics, but advised her to keep a close eye on Enid's development, as she may exhibit unexpected non-physical traits.

First years

From a young age, Enid was a curious child, observing the world with wide-eyed wonder. She was known to speak Draconic and Ivathi, even as an infant, as if she had an innate understanding of the languages. This fascinated those around her.

Enid quickly became a favorite among the gods and inhabitants of the Fae Court for her bubbly and excitable nature, always asking questions and seeking knowledge. She had a particular fondness for Macha and would often visit her, gifting her with drawings of her own creation. As she grew older, Enid's passion for drawing only increased, constantly asking Azure for more art supplies and using every opportunity to create. She would draw pictures of and for all her favorite people.

Kidnapping

On her sixth birthday, Enid set out to visit her friend Macha and show her a recent drawing she had created. Though her artistic abilities were already starting to take shape, Macha never expressed appreciation for them. Macha cherished the first drawing she had given her as a keepsake.

After an extended period of time, both of Enid's mothers, Brenna and Azure, were unable to locate her. Azure set out to search for her daughter, growing increasingly worried as the search went on. Her first stop was to check in with Macha, who, with a grave expression, informed her that Enid had not come to visit her that day and that she had not heard from her. Together with Macha, Azure scoured the surrounding area, including the small grotto of the Tuatha dé Danann.

Despite spending the entire day searching and utilizing various forms of magic, Enid remained missing. When they returned home, Azure was met by Brenna who was sitting on her small throne in the library. Brenna was holding a letter, which she explained was a notification that Enid had been chosen as the perfect sacrifice for a powerful god. The letter further stated that Brenna should never have been allowed to ascend and that her "bug" of a child should never have existed. The letter bore a strange symbol.
